Do you book our order on phone or what’s app?

No, as its difficult to keep record manually on larger scale

Will you deliver our order at my doorstep ?

Yes, we will deliver it at your doorstep, but we all have to follow government notifications and regulations so we will inform you about delivery.  

If I want to buy in big quantity than will I get any discount ?

No, we don’t offer any discount on any quantity as its already discounted low prices.

Should I resell your products in market ?

No, you can’t as its registered trademark farmers producer company so you can’t resell it. You can buy for your own use only.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay at the time of delivery (COD), and you can pay by cash, Paytm or PhonePay

Do I book Vegetables and fruits other than Mango?

No, we only deliver Kesar Mango in your city.

Which are the locations you supply Mango?

We supply Mango in Vadodara, Anand, Nadiad, Mehmdabad, Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Mehsana, Unja, Palanpur, Idar, Himatnagar, Prantij, Rajkot only.

What we have to write in ZIP code section?

You have to Mention your area PIN code

Does Mango will be ripe or raw?

You can consume it in a week, it will ripe naturally without any chemical

What’s a price of Mango?

It is available on application and it will be changed time to time as per availability of mangoes at farm.

What we have to do if wrong order been placed ?

Drop a mail to us with details so we will try to modify the same or we will cancel the order and you can raise new one order.

What is we don’t like Mango at the time of delivery.

You can return it with our delivery boy and sign a paper for rejection of delivery.

What is the difference in Regular Kesar mango and Premium Kesar Mango?

Basic two differences, Size of the fruit and Selection of the farm where it grown.

Is it Government organization?

No, it’s farmers producer company, a group of farmers

When our order will be delivered?

We all must follow government notifications and advisory so we will start delivery immediate after lockdown

Can I modify my order?

Yes, you need to share your order number on our email id so we will modify from back end.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, please drop a mail for cancellation with order number.

What should I do if I have an iPhone?

You can book your order on our website

Is it organic?

W are unable to use the word organic as we don’t have organic certification, but its free from hazardous chemical and pesticides so its Natural mango.

My payment has deducted but order has not confirmed, what to do in that case?

Please drop a mail to us with your correct name, number and email id so we will check will revert you.

How can I check my order history ?

you can log in your account in our app and then check in account section to see history.

I am facing difficulty in check out and processing my order.

As we are facing heavy traffic on our mobile application so we request to keep trying on low traffic, morning & evening.

I am unable to sign up in account.

From our side all system are working properly but it might be because of heavy work load and traffic.

What to in case of ZIP/PIN code not accepted by system ?

You have to write a email to us with your ZIP/PIN code with area name so if we would be able to deliver on your place than we will update your are code than you would be able to order.
